OLEOSOPHIA November Harvest Manaki / Megaritiki
November Harvest is a premium extra virgin olive oil produced on a family farm in Greece from two olive varieties: Manaki and Megaritiki. This traditional practice has been passed down through generations and remains an essential part of the family’s heritage.
The olive oil is produced in November, when the olives begin turning yellow-violet in color, developing a softer and slightly sweeter aromatic bouquet. The flavor reveals notes of tomato, oregano, and Mediterranean herbs. Bitterness and pungency are of medium intensity, making this oil versatile, easy to use, and suitable for a wide range of dishes.

• Premium extra virgin olive oil from two varieties – Manaki and Megaritiki
• Hand-harvested olives from late October to mid-November
• Suitable for a healthy diet – rich in antioxidants (carotenoids, polyphenols), vitamin E, and chlorophyll
