By making a purchase at manaoliva.lv, you conclude a distance contract with the Seller and agree to these terms and conditions.
Products and Prices
We offer carefully selected extra virgin olive oil and related food products from trusted Greek farms.
All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
The price indicated at the time of placing the order is the final price for the respective purchase.
2. Placing an Order
Orders are placed through the online store manaoliva.lv by selecting products and completing the order form.
The distance contract is considered concluded at the moment you receive the order confirmation via e-mail.
If a product is unavailable or order fulfillment is not possible, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Payment
Payment is made using secure payment methods offered through the Shopify platform.
Order processing begins only after full payment has been received.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the parcel locker address specified by you in Latvia or other countries, if indicated in the delivery terms.
Delivery costs and the estimated delivery time are displayed during the checkout process.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, logistics delays, weather conditions, or carrier operations).
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products if:
• the packaging has been opened;
• the safety seal has been broken;
• the product is no longer suitable for return due to hygiene or food safety reasons after delivery.
If the product has not been opened and remains in its original packaging, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
6. Product Quality
We ensure that every bottle delivered to you meets the highest quality and safety standards.
If you notice damaged packaging or discrepancies in your order, please contact us immediately and include photographs.
7. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Dispute Resolution
We believe in communication and mutual understanding. If any questions or disagreements arise, we invite you to contact us first.
If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
9. Final Provisions
We reserve the right to make amendments to these Distance Contract Terms.
The terms valid at the time of placing the order shall apply.
